gift vouchers

  1. Gift Vouchers cannot be returned or exchanged for cash

  2. Gift Vouchers are valid for 3 years from date of issue

  3. Gift Vouchers must be used in one visit.  NO refunds will be provided for any unused portion of a gift voucher

  4. If your purchase exceeds the value of the gift voucher, balance must be paid by cash, debit or credit card

  5. Original Gift voucher must be presented at time of use.  Photos of voucher will not be accepted.

  6. We recommend booking in advance during peak periods

  7. Barossa Bowland is not responsible for any vouchers that are lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission.  Gift vouchers cannot be replaced if this occurs.

  8. Vouchers cannot be used to purchase gift vouchers.

  9. Gift Vouchers may be voided by Barossa Bowland if any alterations or unauthorized endorsements are detected.

  10. In the event of a business closure or transition, outstanding certificates may be subject to cancellation.

Donation vouchers

  1. Donation Vouchers are presented on a A4 size document and laminated

  2. Donation Vouchers must be used prior to expiry date. No extensions will be available.

  3. Donation Vouchers must be used in one visit.  NO refunds will be provided for any unused portion of the voucher
